Yuma Small Business Week Resource Fair: Connect with Local Agencies and Learn How to Launch a Successful Venture

Local entrepreneurs invited to Small Business Resource Fair hosted by SBDC on Thursday

In Yuma, Arizona, a non-profit organization is joining forces with other agencies to support local entrepreneurs. The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Arizona Western College is hosting a resource fair in celebration of “Small Business Week,” where attendees can learn about starting and growing their businesses. Crystal Mendoza, the director of SBDC at Arizona Western College, said that multiple agencies from Yuma County would be present at the fair to offer information and assistance to entrepreneurs in the area. Along with informational tables, there will also be brief presentations from various organizations on how they can help entrepreneurs succeed.

The resource fair is set to take place on Thursday, May 2, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and it will be held at the Martin Luther King Junior Community Center located on the corner of 13th Avenue and Third Street in Yuma.
